Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your order promptly and efficiently.

Pre-orders Our first collection is available to pre-order now. Orders placed today will ship by 25 September. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking the day your parcel leaves us. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.

Free Shipping Orders within the continental United States totaling $45 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping. For orders under $45, a flat shipping rate will apply. Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses are charged at cost.

Order Processing Please allow one to two business days for order processing.

Shipping Carriers We utilize UPS and USPS for domestic shipments. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Times Standard domestic shipping typically takes three to eight business days. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your order's progress on the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us. We will help you file a claim with the carrier and will make it right where we reasonably can.
