Thank you for shopping at Woolen Kin

We want you to wear these socks, not regret them. If a pair isn't right, send it back.

Canceling a Pre-Order You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund, no questions asked. If we are unable to ship by the date we promised, we will email you with a new date and you may choose to wait or take a refund.

Returns Return any unworn pair within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Socks must be unworn and in their original packaging. We cannot resell a worn pair, and we are sure you would rather not receive one.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If a pair arrives faulty, or we send the wrong design, that is on us. Email us and we will cover return shipping and send a replacement.

How to Return Email hello@woolenkin.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and which pairs you would like to return. We will reply with instructions within one business day.

Refunds Once your return arrives we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to display it.

Return Shipping Unless the return is our error, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a return that does not reach us.

Worn-Out Socks Socks you have worn through are not returns, they are a milestone. Send us a photo instead and we will send you 20% off your next pair. See our Well-Loved page for details.
